Jim has short black ears and is roughly Boomer's height. When Poncho was locked up, he was green-colored.
Personality
When he locked up Poncho, he had a sadistic attitude. He would push Poncho off a building, giving him two options: Land on your feet, and suffer no injury but be declared cat, or stay dog but be injured, by landing on his head.
